For more than 30 years now, the Terlan asparagus hosts from the enchant lovers of the royal vegetable with ever new and sophisticated creations, without losing sight of the authenticity of high-quality Margarete asparagus.
Such fresh asparagus is usually not easy to get to the table: early in the morning the asparagus is stung by hand on the asparagus fields and already for lunch it is perfectly served by the eight asparagus hosts. This regional circulation guarantees freshness, pleasure and unique taste.
The asparagus is traditionally accompanied by the always fresh asparagus wine from the Cantina Terlan. The Sauvignon Blanc “asparagus” from the Cantina Terlan is the perfect companion to asparagus. The grapes of the wine are harvested separately and the wine is bottled slightly earlier. The delicate fruit of the bouquet and the fresh aromas create subtle combinations with the taste of the asparagus.
In addition to the culinary asparagus pleasure, we have worked out a varied supporting programme together with the Tourist Association Terlan and the Terlan municipality for you, dear guest.
